Christmas Menu 2017

We would like to invite you for our Christmas menù 2017, 1st and 2nd Christmas days
– Prosecco di benvenuto with home made focaccia,bread, smoked salmon and presalè butter.

Startes
– Fish antipasto (grilled scallops,grilled prawns with lime and herbs,sea bass carpaccio with avocado mousse).
– Porcini mushrooms soup with cantarelli, walnuts bread and duck breast carpaccio.

First Course
-Homemade ravioli filled with scallops,saffron sauce and pomegranate.
-Risotto with blueberries,prosecco and Italian crispy bacon.

Second Course
– Big fish frittura of fried calamari,shrimp,alici,sole fish with crispy vegetables and capers zabaione.
-Roast turkey stuffed with chestnut and truffle,celeriac purèe and salted sweet red onion.

Dessert
-Semifreddo ai tre gusti (three flavors) with raspberry sauce.
-Classic Panettone with vanilla sauce and bourbon ice cream.
